Since 2012, the Handball-Bundesliga has been able to count DKB as a strong ally and important source of inspiration. The official banking partner stands for innovation, digitalisation and interactive fan experiences.
SELECT - The SELECT Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of handballs and the official match ball supplier to numerous federations, leagues and clubs worldwide. From the 2026/2027 season onwards, SELECT is the official ball partner of Germany’s 1st and 2nd Handball Bundesliga. The introduction of the SELECT Ultimate HBL marks the first official league-wide match ball in Handball-Bundesliga history, to be used in every Opel HBL and 2nd HBL match.
Naming Right Partner Events
Lidl - Lidl is the exclusive naming right partner for the big cup final weekend - the Lidl Final4 - in Cologne. As the official fresh produce and water partner, Lidl will also supply the HBL with fruit, vegetables and mineral water from its own brand, Saskia, in recyclable bottles - especially for its events. As a leading company in the food retail sector, Lidl prioritises quality and sustainability — values that are also important in handball. By working with Lidl, the focus on healthy nutrition and fresh produce is strengthened, which benefits both handball fans and the league.
Rexel - Rexel is the exclusive naming right partner for the Women's & Men's Handball Super Cup in Munich, the official start of the Opel HBL and Alsco HBF season. Rexel is a leading wholesaler of electrical engineering products and solutions in Germany. As a quality partner for industry and trade, Rexel supports its customers with passion, personal expertise and a strong network to jointly drive forward the energy transition and digitalisation.

Kempa - Kempa stands for handball. Both as a sport and as a brand. The brand is synonymous with innovation and quality, and its partnership with the Handball-Bundesliga GmbH highlights its dedication to German handball. As the official equipment supplier, Kempa brings many years of expertise to the collaboration, with a strong focus on excellence both on and off the court.
Schwarz Digits - As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, Schwarz Digits offers compelling digital products and services. As the 'Official Cyber Security Partner' with XM Cyber and 'Official Cloud Service Partner' with STACKIT, Schwarz Digits is promoting digital sovereignty and cyber security throughout the German Handball-Bundesliga.
Danfoss - Danfoss is a global market and technology leader that plays a significant role in promoting energy efficiency, electrification, and the transition to a lower-CO2 world. Headquartered in Nordborg, Denmark, with numerous branches in Germany, the company is supporting HBL GmbH with advice and solutions in preparation for the HBL general meeting in July this year and in anticipation of the coming season.
TicketPAY - Starting in the 2021-22 season, the German Handball-Bundesliga will be relying on its ticketing partner, TicketPAY Europe GmbH, from Hamm in Westphalia. As well as the Handball Super Cup, the internationally active company will be responsible for the Lidl Final4 - the DHB Cup premium event - via its systems.
PASS Consulting Group - PASS stands for Process Automation & Software Solutions. The PASS Consulting Group has been the official digitalisation partner of the Handball-Bundesliga (Opel HBL) since the start of the 2022-23 season. Based in Aschaffenburg, the German company supports the Handball-Bundesliga in developing and providing the START7 handball fantasy manager. PASS specialises in the digitalisation of large companies, medium-sized companies, associations, clubs and start-ups. With over 40 years' experience in software development, PASS offers its customers sophisticated IT solutions and cloud services 'for a better digital world'.
League Partner
Brother - Brother is a leading provider of office solutions for commercial and private users, and has supported the world's strongest league since 2015. The company's product portfolio includes printers, multifunction devices using laser and ink technology, scanners, labelling systems and label and receipt printers.
KÜS - KÜS (Kraftfahrzeug-Überwachungsorganisation freiberuflicher Kfz-Sachverständiger e. V.) has been the shirt sponsor for referees in the 'strongest league in the world' since the 2020-21 season. The KÜS emblem will be visible on referees' shirts on the front and back until at least 2026.

Cooperation Partner
Stiftung Deutsche Sporthilfe - Since 2014, the HBL has supported over 4,000 Sporthilfe athletes in more than 50 sports through its successful partnership with Deutsche Sporthilfe. Together, the HBL and Deutsche Sporthilfe have launched numerous charity campaigns to support Joachim Deckarm, the 1978 handball world champion who was seriously injured in an accident.
KINEXON - Since the 2019/20 season, KINEXON has been providing the German Handball-Bundesliga with innovative performance data on all players and match balls. The Munich-based company provides the hardware necessary for the real-time recording of precise movement data, as well as the software required for intelligent data processing and analysis.
Kleinigkeit - Kleinigkeit is a family-run fashion label based in Hofheim that specialises in creative, characterful streetwear. Well established in the Germany, Austria & Switzerland region's retail sector, the brand stands for a harmonious blend of lifestyle, individuality, and self-irony.
